Nov 13, 2025

BRATISLAVA - Representatives of the technological spin-off TOMARK PROTON, consisting of Martin Sedlák as head of the IPCEI project and Daniel Tomko as innovation director of the project, presented on Thursday 13 November 2025 the current status of the implementation of the H2 VTOL project, classified as an Important Project of Common European Interest (IPCEI), in the office of the State Secretary of MIRRI, Mr. Radoslav Štefánek.

The participating forum gradually exceeded the originally intended agenda of continuous information on the first results of the research, development and innovation process in the field of hydrogen high-pressure tanks and hydrogen-powered aircraft with vertical take-off and landing. In addition to the first industrial deployment, automation, autonomy and integration of artificial intelligence, the main topics of Slovakia's shift in the innovation ranking as a result of the international cooperation of the project with the aim of know-how transfer were also opened. The project also resonated with the theme of the return of Slovak brains from abroad to home soil due to the creation of attractive job opportunities in promising local companies of global importance that generate technological products of above-standard added value.

Finally, the parties agreed to cooperate in creating international cooperation oriented towards the growth of European technological sovereignty.
